Installation Process
The rigors of our Great Lakes area climate are tough on pavements and sports surfaces. For years it has been a battle to keep tracks in decent shape with patch and seal asphalt maintenance programs. Our years of experience combined with the latest pavement restoration technology provides us with the means to bring your existing track up to standard for application of SEAL-FLEX. SEAL-FLEX provides the absolute best long term pavement protection. Once applied, the days of repeated asphalt patching and sealing are gone forever.
Step 1 grade area to proper specs if needed.
Step 2 add or repair existing drainage if needed
.
Step 3 add gravel base before asphalt is put in place if needed.
Step 4 install asphalt base if needed.
Step 5 hand rake SEAL-FLEX into place.
Step 6 Spray Latex between each coat of SEAL-FLEX rubber.
Step 7 line and mark the track.
